Announcement    END-OF-MONTH PRICE INCREASES – We try to keep our prices affordable for new jewelry makers and experienced pros alike. We rarely have sales (and we don't offer free shipping), opting instead for transparency and consistency in pricing. Now, after a long period of holding prices steady, we find that our costs are rising, and thus we plan to increase prices of many of our tools this spring after new manufacturing runs of our made-in-Milwaukee products are complete. The prices of our punch sets, bench pins, and bezel pushers will be rising between 6-9% at the end of April. You may see small increases in other tools and supplies as well. SHIPPING LEAD TIME – Please check your expected delivery date. We don't ship every day. In a hurry for your order? Drop me a note and I'll expedite it. We ship as fast as we can in between our jewelry production and teaching schedule – usually every Monday and sometimes more often. Also, please take the time to read our detailed descriptions of each item – lots of good info in those that may answer some of your questions!

PUNCH SETS – Our flagship stone-setting punches are made in Milwaukee in small batches exclusively for Flow, and we've been selling them here for nearly 10 years. The bases are handmade and painted by Michael at the time of order, so they take a little longer. The quality and value of these sets are terrific!
